Die eKursion ist ein neues Veranstaltungsformat, das unter Einsatz von digitalen Applikationen eine digitale Raumerkundung ermöglicht.
Eine eKursion eröffnet interessante Fragen in Hinblick auf Erleben/Unmittelbarkeit, Raum-Aneignung/räumliche Orientierung und Unterwegssein/Multilokalität. Der Einsatz einer eKursion passt nicht nur ausgezeichnet in eine Geographie-Curriculum, sondern ist vielfältig. Auch in sozial-, kultur- und wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fächern macht der Einsatz Sinn.
Der Begriff "eKursion" ist eine "sprachliche Neukreation" von mir und verbindet die beiden Begriffe der Exkursion und dem Buchstaben E-, wie wir ihn aus E-Mail oder E-Health kennen.

The eCursion is a new teaching format that enables digital spatial exploration using various digital applications.
An eCursion opens up interesting questions in terms of experience/immediacy, space appropriation/spatial orientation, and being on the move/multilocality. The use of an eCursion not only fits excellently into a geography curriculum, but is multifaceted. Its use also makes sense in social studies, cultural studies, and economics subjects.
The term "eCursion" is a "linguistic re-creation" of mine and combines the two terms of excursion and the letter e-, as we know it from e-mail or e-health.
